- MONTHLY CALENDAR - A heatmap of every day, with your monthly average wear time and how many days met the goal.
- TRAY SCHEDULE - Your current tray number, progress through the wear period, and days remaining until you switch to the next one.
- REMOVAL REASONS - Tag each removal as a meal, a drink or brushing, and see where your hours are actually going.

The action you repeat five to eight times a day is a single tap. Hold the same button when you want to pick a reason instead. Anything you record can be edited or undone, and you can add a removal after the fact if you forgot to log it at the time.
